Brian Eslick, President of the Gilroy based Better Built Construction Inc., started in the construction industry 28 years ago as an apprentice carpenter, working on large residential projects in the greater bay area. As his talent grew, Brian was mentored by builders who prided themselves on their level of detail, craftsmanship and the true art of construction. With enthusiasm and drive, he quickly worked his way to being a journeyman carpenter, followed by a promotion to foreman managing large crews, and ultimately becoming a master builder.

Brian continued to further his career and developed a desire to preserve the art of old world craftsmanship. General construction had begun to devalue this way of thinking, so in July 2000, he created his own construction company with a name that represented his philosophy on building, Better Built Construction. Brian has spent the last fourteen years assembling a team of highly reliable, qualified and skilled professionals who share the same attention to detail. Today, BBC Inc. continues to set the standard by incorporating sustainable materials, green building practices and other cost saving techniques with a time-tested emphasis on quality.
