Brian Eslick, President and Founder of BetterBuilt Construction Inc., began his career in the construction industry over 40 years ago as an apprentice carpenter, working on large-scale residential projects across the greater Bay Area. Guided by master builders who instilled in him an appreciation for precision, craftsmanship, and the artistry of construction, Brian quickly advanced from journeyman carpenter to foreman, eventually earning recognition as a master builder.


Motivated by a desire to preserve the timeless principles of old-world craftsmanship in a modern industry, Brian founded BetterBuilt Construction in July 2000. From the beginning, his vision was clear: to create a company that upholds superior building practices while embracing innovation and sustainability. Over the past 25+ years, he has built a team of highly skilled professionals who share his commitment to detail, reliability, and integrity.


Today, Better Built Construction continues to set the standard in the Bay Area by blending traditional craftsmanship with modern efficiencies—incorporating sustainable materials, green building methods, and cost-conscious strategies without ever compromising quality.

A former Division I scholar-athlete, Clayton's background in competitive sports instilled in him a relentless drive, discipline, and a team-first mentality—qualities that now define his leadership style. Known for his strong operational insight, Clayton excels in meeting tight deadlines, streamlining efficiencies, and ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.

With over 35 years of industry experience, Kimberly Eslick serves as the Vice President of Administration at BetterBuilt Construction Inc., where she oversees the company’s financial and administrative operations with precision and strategic insight. Since joining BetterBuilt, Kimberly has been instrumental in managing all aspects of accounting, banking, insurance, bonding, and human resources—ensuring organizational stability and regulatory compliance across the board.


Kimberly brings a strong foundation from decades spent in the insurance industry, where she developed a deep understanding of risk management and financial stewardship. Her expertise in navigating complex administrative systems has been vital to BetterBuilt’s sustained growth and operational excellence.
